Rhys took on our drawing, a simple but involved master plan with a professional and easy manner, assisted with Carl skilled, strong and very capable, think he use to wrestle alligators and Jordan articulate and detailed all with a single purpose to give us the best garden. As a client I really could not ask for more from Rhys, a skilled carpenter and leader he sure ran a tight ship and knocked the garden out of the park in terms of time and skill, we very much enjoyed having the crew here. "From the start of the project, Adam and Natalie were very helpful and efficient in providing advice, ideas and documenting these in written proposals. We had a sloped garden, which has been transformed into a lovely usable, 2 tier space with a patio, raised beds, artificial grass, a pergola and an area for a greenhouse. "We booked our Garden in with Birch back in September last year after moving into our new Build house in August 2019. The garden was a blank canvas and Adam helped us with our ideas and put his own stamp on the design. The quote was sent through a week later and secured our garden for Feb 2021. We made a few alterations along the way with a bespoke new shed built ( we lost no driveway space doing this ). they even re-slabbed the front of the house with the left over slabs. Overall experience of Birch was amazing, we had Rhys & Carl all week and they looked after us well and talked us through each stage of the process. I'm shocked on how quick the work was completed - amazed us all , they looked after us very well. We love the natural stone look and the planters were bespoke made for us.
