I am writing to update you on Birchlandscapes approach to the current and ever changing COVID-19 pandemic.

The situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 across the UK and world-wide has been changing rapidly and is being monitored constantly through the government and WHO websites. We find ourselves in an extraordinary global situation which is having multiple social and economic impacts on our suppliers, customers and staff.

As always, safety is our number one priority and we are following government advice to stop non-essential personnel contact with others and to stop unnecessary travel. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption and allow us to continue operating as much as we can for as long as we can.
Supporting all employees and customers is our main priority and as such we have reviewed our working conditions and processes to acheive this .

Our business continuity procedures have been reviewed to ensure that we operate with strict measures in place until we are advised otherwise by the Government guidance. The working conditions in place ensure that employees are located at safe distances from each other during all activities.
Office based employees who can operate from home have the option to do so. Additionally those who are still at work are operating at safe distances as per guidelines imposed. You do not need to change the way you contact us as all the usual systems remain in place ( website and email remain the best options for this). We are continuing to support customers as much as we can.

Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption and allow us to continue providing services to you. THE PEOPLES SAFETY AND WELFARE IS OUR MAIN PRIORTY AT ALL TIMES.
